I built credibility in my career by staying consistent in my actions and becoming known as an honest and ethical person. I further built my credibility by getting skills and certificates to show others that I am a specialist in my sector.

Ben is a 28-year-old male who opened a small store in his neighbourhood at the start of 2020. Ben was doing well as people from the neighbourhood regularly visited his humble store.
